Lana is an upper middle size, athletic, strong and hardy female with quite possibly the most extreme dichotomy in behavior/temperament I have ever seen. She is the most perfect house-pet you could ask for, content on the couch, excellent manners, can sleep quietly on the bed, non-destructive, great with all other animals, and yet she possesses as much drive as I have ever seen. Her breeder and former owner, Peter Jensen-Agerkilde, stated to me that "Lana is two different dogs inside and outside." Indeed, she is.
Handler-responsive, kind, and clear-headed, she is a welcome addition of outside bloodlines known for temperamental strength and working ability. Future litter planned with Gall (Griff) Leryka (2019).

Aria vom Eisenherz
RETIRED January 2017
OFA Good Hips, Normal Elbows, DOB 6-6-09
My pick of my first litter. Super high drive with excellent temperament. Extreme prey/ball drive, yet able to keep her head and still possess the discernment that makes her so safe with children and small animals. Can't say the same for adult humans who abandon common sense. Gorgeous pigment, color & structure, agile as a cat. Pictures don't do her justice. She is even more stunning in real life than she appears in photos. Problem is, she knows it, and has a deeply embedded "diva complex."
Despite *extremely* high prey/ball drive, she is wonderful with children of all ages, small dogs, cats, and is a phenomenal mother, imprinting her puppies with her warm nature as well as her drive.
She is not perfect, however; high possession combines with high drive and high intelligence and this can create a troubling combination for those handlers who want the idea of a GSD without putting in the work. Aria pups must be an integral part of the family and MUST have time dedicated to their early learning or they will go their own way and you might not like that course. Consequently, Aria pups (of course this varies somewhat with the sire chosen) are best suited for very dedicated handlers who want the ease of trainability that the level of drive brings and are looking for a close working bond with their dog, as well as handlers who are experienced and confident enough to get them off to the right start. Loving and spoiling them into obedience is not going to work. Aria pups are working pups. They demand competent handlers. Regardless of the sire, her pups possess high aggression. Those who do not respect the nature of these pups and challenge them accordingly are in for a less pleasant adolescence than those who appreciate, embrace, and channel these drives accordingly. LAZY HANDLERS WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW!

A1 hips/elbows DOB 3-26-07
Imported for me by my friend and mentor, Steve Lino, 'Pri as she's called at home, was my foundation female. As nicely structured as a working dog can be, she's as substantial as she is agile, gorgeous, strong, civil, good- natured, yet hard when provoked. She's the rare dog that produced herself consistently, over & over in her progeny. If she has a flaw, it's that she is a bit over-sized. She is 82lbs in last-ribs-visible condition, and 62.5cm, with absolutely massive bone. Her dominant genes had great influence, producing pups & grand pups as strong in character as she is, giving me a great starting lineup of strong dogs in both body & mind. Now retired. I wish I could clone her or go back in time and do it all over again. She is absolutely irreplaceable, THE dog that all other females will be compared to. Our reigning queen!

Dora is a newer addition (June 2015)and I'm fortunate to have had the opportunity to add her to my home. I had been looking for an Uno vom Stadtfeld daughter for quite a while. Dora is like having 2 different dogs; one dog in the house, and a totally different dog while working. She is a perfect house dog, yet a powerhouse in protection. Her structure is excellent- truly V quality structure in a working dog, which is what I strive for in every litter. Dora has zero animal aggression, gets along with all but my 2 strongest females, is *extremely* protective of children, and can flip "on" very fast and show you a side you would not have believed existed when warranted. She is an outgoing, social dog. She has perfect health, gorgeous & correct working structure, and superior temperament. Her 2 litters have been excellent. Very good producer, superb mother.

Imported from Czech Republic, Beauty's name suits her perfectly. Megy, as she is called, is a striking, large (nearly 80lbs in lean, working weight) black female with even better temperament than looks. She is solid and sound in body and mind, very calm, exudes confidence and overall presence, and handles stress well. Beauty NEVER loses her head or becomes hectic or frenzied in either work or home life. She epitomizes the term "clear-headed." Child-friendly, animal-neutral (so long as they're respectful! She is dominant and bears a bit of a "kill 'em all and let God sort it out" attitude), highly intelligent dog who I could not be happier with. Beauty is best suited to increase calmness, hardness, civil/natural aggression, and biddability, which often are not found in the same dog. For as hard as she is, she is extremely handler-oriented once bonded. Not a dog who will work for just anybody with a toy in their hand, Beauty must have a respectful, competent handler, and once they earn her respect, she will do anything asked of her.
